Groundworks Division

Since Advance Flooring Solutions was created in 2015 we’ve grown to become specialists in concrete flooring and screed toppings. We employ skilled people and invest in their training so that our customers benefit from services and products that meet their needs on every project.

Flooring Division

Our sister company keeps us supplied with the latest equipment across a full range of services. They operate a three-year renewal programme for all plant and machinery and ensure that everything is kept in good working order. That means that we can provide a reliable service to our customers whatever each project requires.

Plant Division

Our Structureseal division are specialists in structural waterproofing and gas protection, with over 30 years’ worth of experience in the industry. They work with our customers from the design stage right through to completion. Our work is guaranteed with insurance-backed warranties, giving you peace of mind.

Structureseal Division

Our newest division allows us to complement our groundwork and engineering services with a full multi-utility installation service. We are now certified to design and install gas, water and electricity infrastructure both on our own projects and for external clients, creating a streamlined service throughout each project.
